  Initially they described the car I eventually purchased accurately over the phone. I received a competitive price for the new car and my px deal. A polite and relaxed purchase with no pressure whatsoever. Everyone I have spoken to regarding , for example, the warranty, service schedule or just my general queries , have been extremely helpful (and that is before and after the purchase!). Most car dealers just want your money. This dealership appear to want to provide an excellent customer service and car purchasing package in general, in return. This they do. I will definitely be buying my next car from this dealer provided I stay with Skoda which is almost a certainty ( in 30 years of driving this will be a first). I recommend this dealer without hesitation; and suggest you take a look at their reviews on Autotrader.
